Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original luxury packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure safe transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
